PASTOR-PARISH RELATIONS
The PPRC meets quarterly to address any issues between the
Pastor and the congregation, serving as an advocate for both. On
an annual basis, they perform a Clergy Evaluation per District
specifications, and discuss the Pastor’s salary to make a
recommendation to the Finance Committee for the subsequent
year’s budget. The Chair of this committee attends the monthly
Administrative Council meetings to report on any committee
actions.
